1. Overview
This website and online store are operated by Dropspot A - Ceranic Arian under the brand SHAPERTANK™. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dropspot A - Ceranic Arian.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products to you.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Information
You may only place an order if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding purchase agreement under the laws applicable to you.
When placing an order or creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your contact, billing and delivery details.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and other factors.
Product images are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the product but minor differences may occur.
We may update product descriptions, specifications, availability or packaging from time to time, provided that any changes do not affect orders already concluded or your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit available quantities where reasonably necessary.
4. SHAPERTANK™ Product Use
SHAPERTANK™ products are compression and shaping garments intended for normal apparel use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
Compression, fit and perceived shaping results can vary depending on body shape, sizing, clothing worn over the product and individual circumstances.
Customers should select an appropriate size using the sizing information provided on our website. If a garment causes significant discomfort, pain, numbness, breathing difficulty or unusual irritation, you should stop using it.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After you place an order, you will normally receive an automated order confirmation. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability, obvious pricing errors or incorrect product information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you contact us before your order is dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation or modification requests. However, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once fulfilment has begun.
This does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available to consumers.
6. Prices, VAT and Payment
Product prices displayed to consumers will include applicable VAT or other sales taxes where required by law.
Any applicable delivery charges and the total amount payable will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
The final amount applicable to your order may depend on your delivery destination and the applicable VAT rate or other legally required taxes.
Prices, promotions and discounts may change from time to time. Any change will not affect an order that has already been concluded.
You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information. Payment must be successfully authorized before we are required to dispatch an order.
Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments or other payment providers made available at checkout.
7. Promotions and Discounts
From time to time, we may offer promotional prices, discount codes, bundles or other offers.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other discounts and may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, availability, expiration dates or quantity limitations.
Where specific promotional terms conflict with these general Terms of Service, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion, subject always to mandatory consumer law.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery estimates displayed on our website or during checkout are estimates unless we expressly state that a specific delivery date is guaranteed.
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe. Delays may occasionally occur because of carriers, unusually high order volumes, customs procedures, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where we arrange delivery to a consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the goods generally remains with us until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receives the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs resulting directly from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you may be charged where permitted by law.
9. Returns, Withdrawal and Refunds

Our voluntary return policy is provided in addition to, and does not replace or restrict, any statutory consumer rights.
Consumers in the European Union may have a statutory right to withdraw from qualifying online purchases within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal rules and exceptions.
10. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights if a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the purchase contract.
Consumers in the European Union benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable EU and national consumer law.

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, testimonial, feedback or other content to us, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit that content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Where permitted by applicable law, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free right to use, reproduce and display content you voluntarily submit for purposes connected with operating, improving and promoting SHAPERTANK™.
You must disclose any compensation, free product or other incentive received in connection with a review where required by applicable law.
We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading or infringes another person's rights.

SHAPERTANK™ is powered by Shopify, which provides the technical e-commerce platform used to operate our online store.
Your purchase contract is concluded with Dropspot A - Ceranic Arian, not Shopify. Shopify is not the seller of SHAPERTANK™ products.
