Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your SHAPERTANK™ purchase. In addition to any statutory rights you may have, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period. This means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To request a return, contact us at support@shapertankz.com and include your order number.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

30-Day Voluntary Return Policy

For returns made under our voluntary 30-day return policy, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused beyond trying the item on for fit, with any original tags attached and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, alterations, or other use beyond what is reasonably necessary to try the product on may not qualify for a full refund under our voluntary return policy.

This voluntary 30-day policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns made because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the product, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to us unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you remain responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. Where the issue is our responsibility or where required by applicable law, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, size, or color.

Contact us at support@shapertankz.com with your order number and, where helpful, photos showing the issue so that we can assess the problem and provide an appropriate solution.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or product, please contact us at support@shapertankz.com.

Where a direct exchange is not available, the fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union and purchased your order online, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision within the applicable withdrawal period. You can do this by contacting support@shapertankz.com.

During the statutory withdrawal period, you may inspect and try the product only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, fit, and functioning, similar to what would normally be permitted in a physical store. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary for this purpose, we may be entitled to deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value, where permitted by law.

Unless we have agreed to cover the cost or applicable law requires otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising your right of withdrawal.

When you validly exercise your statutory EU right of withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received from you in accordance with applicable law, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid because you selected a more expensive or express delivery method does not have to be reimbursed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

For returns made under our voluntary 30-day policy, approved refunds will normally be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

For customers exercising a statutory EU right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed within the time limits required by applicable law.

After we issue a refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
